Our Hostel Cleaning Services can include, but not limited to:

Ceilings:

Dust down ceilings and walls to remove cobwebs and loose dirt.

Furniture -and-Fittings:

Wipe clean tables, chairs with mild detergent based solution, rinse wipe and dry off
Dust and wipe coffee tables, external bookcases, cupboards and cabinets
Vacuum or sponge wipe down (removal) seating cushions
Damp wipe clean radiators or fireplace surroundings

Doors:

Wipe down doors and sanitise door handles

Walls:

Damp wipe clean if, spots or finger marks can be easily removed

Internal Windows/Glass doors:

Spray glass cleaner and remove solution with a squeegee and wipe dry with soft paper towels

Heaters (convectors):

Dust and clean off with a damp sponge, then wipe dry.
Hygienically clean the kitchen sink and backsplash de-scaling taps and polish
Clean counter top areas and damp wipe with an anti-bacterial solution
All appliances cleaned outside (inside to be specified) – microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer.
Hard flooring steam/mop cleaned

Freezer:

Freezer can be cleaned inside (if specified and beforehand defrosted and switched off)

Oven:

Wipe clean oven top (if specified deep clean inside oven)

BATHROOMS:

Hygienically clean sink, bath tub and shower areas with detergent based solution – scrubbing wall tiles where necessary. Bath, shower and their fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled and polished. All bathroom cabinets and horizontal surface areas to be wipe down with an anti-bacterial solution.

Mirrors

Spray with a glass cleaner and wipe dry with a paper towel.

Toilets

Flush the toilet, rinsing the bowl and spray disinfectant on outside bowl and toilet seat with mild disinfectant cleaner. Clean inside the toilet bowl with pad or brush lastly, wiping outside bowl and toilet seat dry (from sprayed disinfectant) – and de-scale any toilet fittings and polish.

OTHER AREAS:

Empty designated bins/re-cycle and refresh with clean bin liners

Vacuum carpet or steam/mop vinyl wood or tiled floors in rooms, corridors / stairwells

Litter picking – Hostel grounds maintaining a tidy environment i.e. reception entrance, car park
